Our Customer Service Department is in place to provide order processing, production scheduling, shipment tracking, warranty and spare parts ordering.

       
 

Order Processing:

  • Each System Integrator is assigned a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR becomes an internal "project manager" and works to ensure a successful project.
  • The CSR reviews the order and the system layout to assure the best equipment for the application is provided. If requested, experienced ASG system engineers can be involved.
  • CSRs continue to work with the integrator, handling any project "issues" while presenting future product information and education opportunities.

Shipment Scheduling and Tracking:

  • Wynright uses a fully developed Material Resource Planning, MRP, system to manage the manufacturing and scheduling process. Our 2007 and 2008 on-time shipments are 99% on-time or early!
  • Freight carriers, pick up and delivery times, are all managed by our shipping department.

Equipment Warranty:

  • Customer’s systems are protected by the best warranty in the industry, TWO YEARS.
  • All warranty claims are handled by a dedicated warranty manager. His job is to get warranty issues solved promptly and to your customer’s satisfaction.

Spare Parts:

  • Equipment spare parts should be provided as part of the system and can be provided by the System Integrator or purchased directly from Automotion.
  • Used spare parts are replaced under our warranty program.
  • All conveyor bed sections have a unique Automotion Part Number, APN, that is used to reference the bill-of-material for the unit. This insures the correct spare parts can be identified and ordered.
